Returns Terms & Conditions:
You have the right to return your purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of your purchase under the following conditions:
The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and the original product tags/labels must be attached to the items as shipped.
All of the above conditions must be met in order to accept the return.
You have two options to return your purchased item(s):

Make sure that you include your Order Number on a document inside the box or even better include your purchase receipt in the box.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges and we strongly advise that you use a shipping method that will provide tracking and delivery notifications.
The goods remain under the ownership and the liability of the sender (the customer) until they are delivered to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returning items that get lost, stolen, or damaged before we have received them.
2. Return at Store (Athens, Greece only)
Our customers in Athens (Greece) also have the option to return the goods in person at:
Make sure to have your purchase receipt with you as without it the stores will not be able accept the return.
The "Free Shop" stores will issue a receipt to certify the successful return of the goods but will not issue a refund at that moment. The refund will be issued from our Online Operations center within 24 business hours using the same payment method as the one used for the initial purchase.
If you need to exchange your order for a different size/colour/style:
We suggest to simply place a new order and then return the initial item(s) at your convenience (within 15 days). Please follow these steps:
If your returned items are accepted according to our terms & conditions, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as you used for the initial purchase. We process refunds in less than 1 business day from receiving the items at our warehouse.
Refund = Returned Purchases Amount + Outgoing Shipping Paid by Customer (if any).
We refund the purchase price of the returned items and we also refund any shipping charges that were paid by the customer for the outgoing shipment, the initial shipment to: customer.
We do not refund any incoming shipment costs (return shipments from customers), nor any custom duties, taxes, or other expense.
Our store's currency is the EURO (€). All payments and refunds are processed in EURO.
If your payment method is not in Euro it is possible that the purchased amount in your currency might be slightly different from the amount of the refund in your currency. This is due to currency volatility from the date of the purchase until the date of the refund. We are not responsible for any such difference. We are only responsible for accounting in EURO.
